The project concerns various processes affecting primarily phosphorus dynamics in the Bothnian Bay.
A part of the project concerns sloppy feeding and its importance as a source of bioavailable phosporus to bacteria
Another part concerns dissolved DNA generated by viral lysis and its importance as a phosphorus source.
